House. Now two dwellings. Dated 1651 but in its present external form mostly early C19. Coursed squared sandstone with sandstone dressings and flush quoins. Stone slate roof with coped gables and moulded kneelers. Ashlar gable stacks and one ridge stack. Two storeys, L-plan. North elevation of three bays. Central doorway with ashlar lintel and jambs. Panelled door. Above the doorway a re-set stone inscribed M S 1651. Flanked on each side by glazing bar sashes in plain ashlar surrounds. Two similar windows above, either side of a small fixed light window in ashlar surround. Fenestration to rear wing is C19 and C20.
