SK 12 60 PARISH OF HARTINGTON TOWN QUARTER MARKET PLACE 12/125 (North Side) Ivydene (formerly listed 10.8.1951 as 'House East End of II Market Place) GV
House. Early C19. Rendered rubble with gritstone dressings and quoins. Plain tile roof. Large stone gable end stacks with plain bands and cornices. Stone coped gables with plain kneelers. Two storeys, three bays, double fronted. West elevation central semi-circular headed doorcase with Doric pilasters and broken pediment over. C20 glazed door and plain fanlight. To either side, plain sashes with flush surrounds. Three similar windows over. Included for group value only.
