Pair of cottages. Early C19. Coursed squared limestone with gritstone dressings, (rendered to Ivy cottage) and quoins. Stone coped gable with plain kneeler to south. Stone gable end stacks. Two storeys, single bay cottages. To south, Ivy Cottage has panelled door with two top panels glazed. Flush surround doorcase. To south 2-light flush mullion window with C20 top hung casements. Similar window over. To north, smaller panelled door in flush surround with C20 small paned window in flush surround. Similar window over.
