5/64 Barn adjoining to north of Moorhouse 22/11/73 Farmhouse II
Barn. Late C17. Clay walls repaired with brick and cobbles; Welsh slate roof, bottom courses of sandstone slates. Single-storey building containing 10 pairs of full crucks. Brick surround to large cart entrance to left. 3 ground floor entrances with rebated calciferous sandstone surrounds. 2 loft entrances with plain wooden surrounds. Interior has original wooden loft door between rear wall and brick extension. Extensions in brick are not of interest.
