C18. Two storeys red brick and grey headers. Hipped tiled roof. Three Dering windows, with brick cambered head linings above the round-headed lights, with keyblocks at the angles and in the centre of the lights. Doorcase with flat hood on scroll brackets. Small butcher's shop-front to the north-west.
