House. 1686 date, with initials AC, on door lintel; later alterations. Pebble-dashed rubble. Welsh slate roof with pebble-dashed end chimneys. Two storeys, three bays. Central part-glazed door in chamfered surround with dated lintel; one two-light and one three-light chamfered mullioned window to left, two C20 casements in original chamfered surrounds to right with continuous hoodmould overall. Two three-light chamfered mullioned windows and one C20 casement in original chamfered surround to first floor.
Rear wing, now No.7 Duke Street, not of interest.
