Farmhouse. C17 with later additions. Stone rubble walls, graduated greenslate roof, stone ridge tiles. 2 chimneys. 2 storeys. 2-storey extension to right at lower level probably later; single-storey extension at left. C20 door in plain reveals with C20 casements to either side, 2 C19 casements above with single horizontal glazing bar. Extension has 2 C20 replacement sashes to ground floor and two C19 casements above with iron framed opening lights. Window on North side probably original and has heavy timber mullions directly glazed. Interior has some C17 panelling on both floors, spice cupboard with initials, and date C&AD 1664. Living room has moulded ceiling beam; room to upper floor has fixed settles, decorative plaster frieze with vine ornament and panel with Royal Stuart Arms and initials and date CD&AD 1667.
