Built 1855 by Whichcord and Ashpitel. It is listed for its unusual and early use of a cast iron facade. Four storeys, the frame work of cast iron with infilling of green tiles. Hipped slate roof. Elaborate moulded eaves cornice with modillions. Six sashes with verticals only on the second and third floors. The third floor windows have a double scroll on the parapet over each window. The first floor has nine windows three of which are double windows with cast iron spiral pilasters between. Modern shopfronts.
Nos 93 to 95 (consec). 97A and 98 to 100 (consec) form a group.
