House. 1775. Red brick in Flemish bond with plain tile roof. Rear wall roughly aligned with front wall of house to right. Two storeys on stone plinth with plat band in English bond and painted coved eaves cornice. Roof half-hipped to right. Central brick ridge stack. Regular fenestration of two recessed glazing-bar sashes. Ground floor windows have slightly splayed rubbed brick voussoirs. Central C20 panelled door up five steps, with flat hood supported by fluted scrolled brackets. Two red brick buttresses to base of ground floor to right of door. Short rear wing. Right half of house is now linked to the house to the right. Dated 1775 on stack.
