4/44 Fairbourne Court 26.4.68. II
House. Early C18, altered and added to in early C19, repaired late C20. Red brick with occasional grey headers, in Flemish bond to front elevation and front half of right and left side elevations. Rear half of house probably C19 coursed galleted stone on ground floor with chequered red and grey brick above. Plain tile roof. Double depth. 2 storeys and attics, with cellar under left front room. Brick plinth and plat band to front half of house. Projecting eaves with flat soffits. Roof of each range hipped, hips returning along side elevations; central valley. Projecting brick stacks to right and left towards front. 2 gabled dormers. Regular fenestration of 5 recessed glazing-bar sashes under eaves. Ground floor windows with rubbed brick voussoirs. Central half-glazed and panelled door. Brick over door dated 1724. Interior: C19 decorative iron staircase, C19 fireplaces. Side purlin roof.
