Private house. Early C18, Blue brick with red brick bands, red brick quoins
and dressings to windows. Flat segmental brick arches over ground floor windows
of rubbed red headers. 2 storeys. Dentilled moulded projecting cornice with
lead flashing and concealed boxed gutter. Ridge tile roof with 3 hip tiled
dormers with moulded eaves, lead cheeks and£containing square paned casements.
2 end projecting stacks.
Ground floor. 4 odd C18 sash windows with bars intact. C18 panelled door in
moulded exposed frame with flat projecting moulded hood over.
First Floor. 5 odd C18 sash windows with bars intact.
Nos 27 to 35 (odd) forma group.
