RAMSGATE CAVENDISH STREET TR 3865 SW (east side) 9/79 No. 29 GV II House. Circa 1840. Stock brick with rendered details and artificial tiled roof. Two storeys and basement with plinth, rusticated quoins and moulded cornice parapet with stacks to left and to rear. Regular fenestration of 3 sashes on first floor and 2 on ground floor, all in moulded segmentally headed surrounds, with keystones and brackets to cills. Basement glazing bar sashes to left and to right. Central half-glazed door in recessed porch with rectangular fanlight and rendered outer surround with cornice on enriched brackets. Flight of 4 steps, with flush footscrapers to left and to right. Catslide outshot to rear.
