Details
RAMSGATE NELSON CRESCENT TR 3864 NW 13/261 No. 3 and railed area 3.10.77 GV II Terrace house, now flats. 1798-1801. Brick, entirely rendered and pebble- dashed, with slate roof. Four storeys and basement. Rusticated ground floor, and parapet and cornice to roof with central stack. Three sashes on 2nd and 3rd floors, with top leaf of each with glazing bars intact. Rendered aprons to window openings, with rendered panels between floors. Three large full-height sashes to first floor, with glazed late C19 verandah, in the form of 3 large wooden sashes, to the top sections with stained glass. Two keyed sashes on ground floor with bracketted sills. Half-glazed and panelled door to right with semi-circular fanlight, pilaster surround and cornice at head of flight of 5 steps. Large sash and glazing bar sash to basement with half-glazed outer door below steps. Spear head rails and baluster finials to principals.
