CASTLE STREET 1. 942 (East Side) Social Service Department TL 4459 15/456 II 2. Late Cl9. Grey gault brick. 2 storeys, 6 windows, 2:1:3, the single one set forward over the main doors. The windows on the ground floor are recessed in arches. All are sash windows, those on the ground floor with cast-iron traceried heads. The set forward bay is rusticated, the doorway has an open pediment and panelled double doors. String course at 1st floor level. Parapet, roof not visible.
