ST. OSYTH WARREN LANE TM 1215 15/208 Warren Farmhouse
- II
House. C17 or earlier origin with later additions and alterations. The original wing timber framed and plastered. Red plain tiled roof. Rear and left red brick chimney stacks, right single storey lean-to. 2 storeys and attic. 3 windows to gable end those to ground and first floor small paned vertically sliding sashes, to attic a 4 light mullion with centre transom. To left is a smaller gabled range, possibly a stair turret and to left and rear later brick built ranges, that to left single storey with 2 windows and a C20 door. Shown on the Chapman and Andre map of 1777.
