7/24 Cold Hall Farmhouse
GV II
House. Mainly C18. Timber framed, plastered, roofed with handmade red clay tiles. 4 bays facing NE, with axial stack, and rear wing at left end, possibly C17. Single-storey rear extension at right end with internal stack, C18/C19. 2 storeys. Ground floor, one mid-C19 sash of 8 lights, one late C19 tripartite sash of 2-4-2 lights, one C20 casement. First floor, 2 similar sashes and one similar tripartite sash. Roof hipped at right end and at rear of left extension. The front range has chamfered transverse and axial beams with runout stops. The rear wing has a chamfered transverse beam with lamb's tongue stops and plain joists of vertical section.
