House, now House and Shop. C16 or earlier with later additions and
alterations. Timber framed and plastered with exposed frame to first floor and
C20 cruciform pargetted bands, plaques etc. Two storeys and cellar. 2 C20 flat
head oriels to first floor and one small paned casement. 2 C20 bow windows to
ground floor. To right the 6 panel door with tracery to rectangular fanlight is
approached by steps. C20, six panel door to left with Ionic surround approached
by steps with C20 moulded posts and rails. Said to contain C16 panelling
linenfold panelled doors. Heavy chamfered bridging joists to ground floor.
