BOARS TYE ROAD 1 5210 Silver End TL 82 SW 6/148 Boars Tye Farmhouse II GV 2. Labe 17th century. Timber framed and plastered; 2 storeys and attics, clay peg tiled gable roof. 4 window range of modern casements with leaded lights in original positions, door under simple hood in third position. Rear door under simple hood on scroll brackets. 2 large red brick chimney stacks. Frame with mould jowls to main posts and stop chamfers to bridging joists. Side purlin and collar roof all of same build. Considerable number of original 3 plank doors with ironmongery in situ.
