Mid C19, C20. Two-storeyed dwelling with later alterations and additions. The centre has 2 upper windows and a large porch, flanked by gabled units of one window. Tile roofing; decorative bargeboards seem to have been replaced but the lower parts of finials survive; the centre section has a parapet of pierced decoration. The lower walling has old bricks in English bond and above is later brickwork in Monk and English bond, the east wing now projects forward on thin columns and is completely tile-hung with scalloped bands. Openings are Gothic pointed arches, of different sizes, with casements, the east gable containing a large bay. The recent west side addition has a straight tile-hung gable above a wall of 3 facets, and casements. The porch at a high level approached by a flight of steps, has a very steep tiled roof, with elaborate bargeboard decoration, an open oak frame with straight and curved strutting, the lower part being filled with flint panels; within is a plain arched doorway. The rear of the building has gabled extensions of the late C19. -
