17/3 UPTON GREY BIDDEN ROAD SU 74 NW 17/3 Hoddington Arms PH II C18, late altered. Two-storeyed facade of 3 windows, with one-storey wings at each side (door on the north window on the south side). Old tile roof, eaves continues as a parapet coping at the wing walls, with a curving drop. Stucco. Sash windows. Modern doorway.
