II
Mid C19. A 3-storeyed circular house with a short 2-storeyed corridor connecting to a circular stair turret; a single-storeyed outshot is attached to the south of the middle section. Visible roofing is slate, with a lead cone above the stair turret. Flint walling with stone dressings; coping to the main part, castellated parapet to the middle section, eaves band on brackets to the stair tower, first-floor band round the whole, flush frames to the openings, brick plinth; the lowest stage is slightly battered. Lancet openings, casements,with sashes to the ground-floor. Arched doorways with boarded doors. There are some cross-shaped 'arrow-slits', and above the main block a central octagonal castellated stack.
