Detached house. Square-panelled timber framing with some ogee- curved decorative bracing, rear wall now painted brick. Rendered and painted brick infill. Red tile roof. Brick stacks. Rectangular plan to main body. C20 lean-to at rear not of special interest. Two storeys and attic with jettied gables. Three- windowed garden front mostly lit by 2 and 3-light metal casements. Two tall fixed casements (one pane in width) to ground floor. One 4-pane fixed casement to first floor. Moulded jetty bressumers to gables, girding beam also moulded. Large C20 metal casement to ground floor of right gable end. Three-light metal casement respecting framing to first floor. C20 two-light and 4-pane casements in left gable end. All windows C20. Access now via C19 fielded 6-panel door in left gable end with C20 gabled canopy painted to imitate timber-framing. Twin axial stacks one set diagonally. Interior not inspected.
