Two chest tombs. a) Chest tomb nearest path. Limestone. C17 with an illegible inscription on the north side and an eroded and partially obscured inscription on the south side to George G------ and Richard ----inett. Raised rectangular inscription panel on the north flanked by scrollwork. Double inscription panels divided by a foliate band; foliate scroll work remains to the right of the right-hand inscription panel. Eroded lyre-shaped ends. b) Unidentified chest tomb c4m south-east of the preceding. Limestone and sandstone. C18. Moulded sandstone plinth. Cartouche-like inscription panel on the south side. Oval inscription panel surrounded by palm fronds on the north side. Crowned sunburst flanked by cherub's heads at the west end; open bible and twin palm fronds at the east end; egg and tongue moulding above, gadrooning below, similar mouldings at the opposite end. Sandstone capping with moulded margin.
