Semi-detached cottage probably formerly incorporating The Cottage (q.v.). Late C17-early C18 and C20. Square-panelled timber framing with rendered infill and painted brick infill on a coursed squared and dressed limestone plinth; some walls completely rendered; right gable end random roughly coursed and dressed limestone with a timber-framed gable; concrete tile roof; rendered and painted brick stacks. Rectangular main body with a rendered C20 extension to the left gable end. C20 single-storey flat-roofed extension to the left gable end not of special interest. Main body 1½ storeys. Two-windowed facade. Two 2-light steel casements to the ground floor. The left-hand casement partly blocks a former doorway. All casements with leaded panes. C20 plank door to the right with a raking timber canopy. Two 2-light raking dormers with steel casements to the upper floor. C20 two- light steel casement in the C20 extension to the left. Two-light wooden casement with horizontal glazing bars to the right gable end. Gable-end stacks. Interior not inspected.
