Outbuilding now used as garage. Late C18-mid C19. Coursed squared and dressed limestone and Flemish bond brick; thatched roof. Rectangular plan. Double plank doors at the south gable end. Plank door flanked by two 4-pane windows to the east-facing elevation. Interior not inspected. This building occupies a particularly prominent position on a corner opposite Wysteria and Manor Cottages (q.v.). Thatch in poor state of repair at time of resurvey (May 1987).
