II
Detached house. c1840. Ashlar and coursed rubble limestone; ashlar chimneys; Welsh slate roof. Three-storey with cellar; double pile plan. West front: 3-window fenestration, all 4-pane sashes with moulded architraves and bracketted sills, diminishing in height towards upper floor. Central doorway with later C19 door and Ionic porch with low pitched roof and blocking course. Plain middle and upper floor level bands. Parapet in form of classical entablature with blocking course. South (street) side: 2-window 4-pane sash fenestration in plain openings, bands and parapet continued from front. Cellar storey in coursed punched rubble. Central parapet-mounted chimney with moulded cap. North side: built into bank with central upper floor doorway. Two eaves- mounted chimneys (no parapet to this side). Rear: screen wall links with lean-to outbuilding. Interior not inspected.
