GV II
Formerly part of Vicarage, now house attached to Vicarage (q.v.). c1880 for Rev. William Butlin. Coursed and squared limestone; ashlar chimneys; plain tile roof. Two-storey with attic. Built as return wing on end of Vicarage. Front: single gable with canted ground floor bay sash window; tripartite sash to upper floor, single sash to attic all without glazing bars. East side: gable to left with moulded chimney. Altered doorway with C20 door in glazed screen. Wing runs to right with canted ground floor bay and single sash over; gabled attic roof dormer. Moulded chimney to rear gable. Interior not inspected. Included for Group Value.
