Detached house. Early C17; C19 addition. Timber framed; brick; brick chimneys; thatched roof. Single-storey with attic; gabled cross-wing to south; single-storey brick service room to south. West front: small framed with full gable to right; jowled corner posts to gable; doorway with C20 door to left of gable with C20 casement further left; C19 attic casement in gable flanked by smaller C20 casements; central Cl9 casement below; 2 thatched dormers; ridge-mounted chimney; scalloped ridge decoration to thatch; 2 casements to Cl9 service room to right. North end: small framed gable end with jowled corner posts and curved apex bracing; single attic casement; ground floor rebuilt in brick with off-centre C20 casement. South end: brick gable end to service room with ridge-mounted chimney; weatherboarded gable end to further brick extension with pantile roof. East side: small framing with full projecting gable to left; single attic casement with 2 casements below; scattered casement fenestration to right.
