WINDRUSH WINDRUSH VILLAGE SP 1913 10/268 The Malt House and adjoining store with loft over 23,1.52 II
Detached house. Late C18-mid C19 in several different stages. Coursed squared and dressed limestone. Stone slate roof with ashlar stacks, restored C20. 'T'-shaped plan. Two storeys. Three-windowed facade to road. Right-hand bay comprises gable end of cross wing. Two and 3-light casements to first floor. Former front door with flat canopy supported on moulded brackets far let with rectangular bay inserted. Sixteen-pane sash to right. One C20 two-light casement with leaded panes to ground floor of gabled cross wing. Store with loft over to right. C19 plank door and double plank doors to store. Pitching window to first floor. Flat coping at gable ends. Pointed finial at left gable end. Axial stacks. Interior not inspected.
