II
Farmhouse. Early C19. Coursed squared and dressed limestone;
concrete tile roof; ashlar and squared and dressed stacks.
Rectangular main body with two parallel ranges at right angles at
rear. Two storeys, symmetrical, 3-windowed facade with three
gablets. All windows C20 sixteen-pane sashes with horns within
dressed stone surrounds. Central early C19 door with six flush
panels within a gabled stone-built porch with wide flat-chamfered
Tudor-arched entrance; ventilation slits to the dormers; 16-pane
sash windows to the return walls. Two windows to the right-hand
return blind but painted to imitate 16-pane windows. Flat coping
to gable ends. Axial stacks with moulded cappings, some with
octagonal stacks. Interior not inspected but contains round-headed
archways with fanlights. (Bathurst Estate)
