Three adjoining cottages. Nos 1 and 2 probably late C17/early C18,
later C18 to right (no 3). Coursed rubble stone with alternating
flush quoins to left only, stone slate roof, stone stacks including
external stack to left. Single long front range with small rear
wings, 2 storeys and attic. Nos 1 and 2 have five 2-light stone
mullion and transoms with square hoodmould, originally probably as
4 to No 1, and with fifth bay added slightly later. No 3 has two
3-light wood casements with chamfered timber lintel. Five small
gabled dormers across row, mostly with C20 single windows. Ground
floor has shallow square bay to left with moulded cornice, 4-panel
door to No 1 with beaded flush panels and leaded 2-light stone
fanlight, two 2-light stone mullion and transoms with square
hoodmould, C20 six-panel door to No 2 with chamfered flush stone
surround, 2-light stone mullion and transom, recessed plank door to
No 3 and one small paired casement and one large C20 three-light,
all with chamfered timber lintels.
