GV II
Formerly two houses on end of row, now one. Datestone on end house with house name, 1607 and initials "ACKT" above front door. Right hand section probably later C17. Coursed rubble stone with alternating flush quoins to left house, stone slate roof, stone end stacks, very large to right end of left hand house with offset and moulded cornice. Single front range with lean-to to end, and rear wing to right hand section, 2 storeys and attic. End section has 3 windows, 2 to left, one to right, 2-light wood mullion and transoms with timber lintels. Two similar to left on ground floor, small probably early C19 canted bay to right with glazing bars, central 6-panel door with fielded panels in wood surround with flat, moulded wooden hood. Continuous drip mould over ground floor windows continues on right hand section, stepping down slightly, with 3-light C20 stone mullion and transom on ground floor and C17 three-light stone mullion with leaded casements above. Two small gabled dormers with paired casements and stone slate-hung gables. Six-panel door to left, 2 plain top panels, rest bolection moulded, and large timber lintel to far left, over former blocked door or passage.
