Detached house. Late C18. Coursed rubble stone on plinth with alternating flush quoins, slate roof, rendered end stacks. Single range of 2 storeys with small single-storey C20 extension to left and small rear wing of single storey. Three windows, 16-pane sashes in flush stone surrounds. Ground floor has 2 larger 16-pane sashes, flanking round-headed plain stone doorcase with keystone and imposts with recessed door of 4 fielded panels and with decorative radial fanlight. Doorcase sheltered by wide hipped glass canopy on wrought iron colonnettes and with decorative brackets. Interior has turned baluster stair with ramped handrail.
