2/77 Pinchin Cottage
GV II
Detached cottage. Late C17-mid C18 and C20. Limestone rubble,
stone slate roof, ashlar stacks (one truncated, one repaired with
dressed stone C20). Rectangular plan with single bay C20 extension
with entrance porch at right gable end. 1 1/2 storeys. Two 2-light
stone-mullioned casements with gables over, lighting upper floor.
Three-light stone-mullioned casement lower left. Two 3-light C20
stone-mullioned casements with stopped hoods right of C20 plank
door, C20 flat stone hood over. All windows with horizontal
glazing bars. Small single light in left gable end. Interior not
inspected.
