Details

ODDINGTON LOWER ODDINGTON SP 2325 11/179 Green Farm (formerly listed as Green Farmhouse and barns) 25.8.60 GV II Detached farmhouse. Late C17-early C18 and C19. Coursed, squared and dressed limestone, sandstone quoins, stone slate roof, ashlar and brick stacks. 'L' shaped late C17-early C18 main body with C19 extension attached rear left and converted late C18-early C19 barn (build in 2 phases) attached rear right. Gable-end projecting forwards left, 2 storeys and attic, house otherwise 2 storeys. 4 bays right of projecting gable end. Windows mostly double- chamfered stone-mullioned casements (some C19) with stopped hoods, some with leaded panes some with horizontal glazing bars. C19 part-glazed 4-panel door against right-hand wall of forward facing gable end. Barn attached rear right, double doors in opposition and ventilation slits, C20 roof trusses. Interior not inspected.
