Details
WINSON WINSON VILLAGE SP 0808-0908 9/268 College Cottage 23.1.52 GV II Detached house. Mid-late C17; C20 alterations. Random rubble limestone; rubble and ashlar chimneys; stone slate roof. Two-storey; parallel 2-storey with attic rear range. North front: 2-window fenestration, 3-light chamfered mullioned case- ments to ground floor, gabled eaves-mounted dormers above. Lean-to to left has C20 door. West side: 2 gables, that to rear range with single window chamfered mullioned fenestration, 3-light to ground and upper floors, 2-light to attic. Gable- mounted chimney with chamfered cap to east end of rear range. Interior not inspected. Part of this building was recorded as a barn in early C20.
