Large detached house. C17 with C19 and C20 additions. Random rubble limestone; dressed stone to windows; ashlar chimneys with moulded caps; stone-slate roof. 2 storey with attic; central cross-passage with one room laterally; 2-storey C19 service wing added at east end with projecting single-storey wing; late C20 wing added at back containing staircase hall. Front of 3 windows and 2 large attic gables; chamfered surround to central doorway containing plank door with 3-light to left and 4-light to right, each with 3-light above to upper floor and 2-light to attic, all recessed chamfered mullioned with hoodmoulds; small timber casement with stone lintel above doorway; chimneys at ridge to gable ends of C17 house. C19 wing with 2-window front: timber casements and lintels. Timber casements and concrete lintels to single-storey wing are C20. Late C20 back wing with mullioned windows in symmetrical facade.
