House. c.1830 and late C19. Earlier house red brick, black glazed pantiles, late C19 addition rubble carstone, flint, brick and cut stone dressings. House to south, 3 ground and 2 first-floor sashes with glazing bars. Off centre door with rectangular fan light, flat roofed porch, 2 columns with fluted neckings plain shafts. One south end gable and one axial stack. Addition at north, late Cl9 Tudoresque Gothic incorporating some medieval but largely C19 cut stone details. At south 2 storey returned bay connecting with house, rubble carstone with brick dress, octagonal brick angle pier with applied stone octagonal fragment with tracery and finials. First-floor string course, attic parapet and flat roof. 2 storey tower in centre, ground-floor rectangular stone window and brick angle piers, first floor largely stone dressed rectangular tower with 4 traceried angle turrets with finials and 2 ogee headed Gothic windows. Single storey to north with large 3-light Tudor terracotta casement. 2 storey semi-octagonal tower with ground floor renewed perhaps C15 battlemented 2-light casement to south, C13 tomb lid to north, 2 first floor 2-light casements, battlements. First floor decorative string course of flint and terracotta connects these 3 bays.
