Pair of cottages, possibly originally one house. Circa early C17 extended probably in C19.
Rendered timber frame. Steeply pitched clay pantile roof with gabled ends, wide verges and eaves. Brick axial stack. 2 room plan, each room is heated from central axial stack. Probably in C19 an outshut was built at the back. 2 storey and attic. Symmetrical 2-window south front small circa early C19 metal casements, 3-light on ground floor and 2-lights on first floor. No 124 on left has plastic casement replacements. Glazed doors to left and right of front. Small C19 2-light casement on first floor and attic in gable ends; left hand (124 replaced with plastic casements). At rear main roof is carried down as catslide over rear outshut with casements and glazed doors.
Interior: Exposed wall framing. No 124 (left) has chamfered axial beam with stops and exposed joists and large brick fireplace with stopped chamfer timber lintel. No 125 to right has chamfered cross-beam with stops, broad joists and large brick fireplace with chamfered timber lintel.
