4/7 Barn at The Grove (formerly listed as 19.1.52 The Grove including barn)
GV II
6-stead threshing barn, early C17. Red brick, reed thatched roof, corrugated iron sheeting over west end. Three pairs large double doors on north facade, eaves of thatched roof slightly raised over openings. Pantiled lean-to and cattle shelters on south side. Parapetted gables with brick tumbling-in. Fixed light with glazing bars in each gable. Interior: side-purlin roof with wind-bracing: tie beams on timber knees, replacing original arch-braces.
