Parish church, now redundant. Fabric mainly C14. Flint rubble with stone and brick dressings, smut pantile roof continuous over nave and chancel and swept down over south aisle. Unbuttressed west tower with a frieze and flush- work panels below parapet. Two-light south windows in nave and chancel and at east end of aisle with C20 leaded glazing. Blocked north door to nave. Fragment of a stone preaching cross, carved with crucifixion, in south wall of chancel. Arcade to south aisle with octagonal piers and double-chamfered arches. Traces of a fine scheme of wall paintings: foliage pattern surmounted by traces of groups of figures. Arcade arches have zig-zag patterning with two large-roundels in the spandrels. C18 king post roof over nave and chancel.
