WELLINGTON ROAD 1. 5104 Edgbaston B15 No 25 SP 0685 SW 46/34 II GV 2. C1840 stucco faced detached villa of modest scale on corner with Charlotte Road. Two storeys with 3 bay symmetrical front. Quoin pilasters supporting eaves entablature; plinth; first floor moulded sill course. Hipped slate roof with red brick corniced flanking chimneys. Revealed sash windows, no glazing bars on first floor; ground floor windows in architrave surrounds carried down to plinth with inset sills and shallow aprons. Broad projecting doorway with pilaster strips. Decorated consoles supporting projecting cornice; panelled door with narrow side lights. Stucco flank to Charlotte Road; red brick garden elevation with pilastered garden doorway and later canted bay.
