Includes No. 1 Victoria Road. Mid C19. Brick with stone base and plaster dressings, slate roof. 2 storeys, 4 bays, the end bays project with recessed curved angles and open pediments. 1st floor sill course and top frieze and bracketed cornice. Ground floor windows have narrower flanking lights and a continuous label mould with rosettes, the main windows with friezes and cornices. 1st floor windows to centre bays have no flanking lights and have surrounds and cornices; those to end bays have continuous label moulds, the main windows with pulvinated friezes and pediments. Windows are sashed, those to ground floor end bays tripartite. Returns have 2-storey porches with canted angles, similar details and half-glazed doors with decorative grilles. 4 stacks with moulded caps.
