Includes Nos. 55 and 57 Primrose Hill. Terrace of 6 houses.
1925. By J. Lomax Simpson. Brick with tile roof. 2
storeys, 6-bay centre has 2 bays at each end canted forward;
3-bay returns to Greendale Road and Primose Hill. Tile
course over ground floor; pedimented gables with stone
kneelers. Windows have 3-light leaded casements with single
lights to end bays of 1st floors. Entrances have small-
paned half-glazed doors, one with flat canopy, the other 2
have shell hoods. 1st bay has lateral stack on rectangular
base with stone weathering. Left return has 3 gabled bay,
the 1st 2 projecting with paired canopied entrances. Right
return 1st bay is gabled, with projecting stack. 3 other
stacks. Rear similar, small-paned casements and tripartite
sashes.
