6 houses. 1901. By Grayson and Ould. Roughcast on brick base, some timber-framing, tile roofs. 2 storeys, 7 bays. 1st and 2nd bays have jettied 1st floor, 3rd bay breaks forward under gable, end bay recessed under gable. Timber- framing to 1st floor of 1st 2 gables, and to gable of end bay; has weatherboarded canopies over windows. Timber band over ground floor. Windows have small-paned casements. Ground floor 4-light windows, 4th, 5th and 6th bays have 3- light rectangular bay windows with flat roofs, those to 4th and 5th bays have flat canopy to entrances between. 1st floor has 2 and 3-light windows, those to 4th, 5th and 6th bays in gabled half-dormers. 2 cross-axial stacks with brick caps. Left return has rectangular bay, right return has jettied 1st floor and projecting lateral stacks.
