Bailiff's house, now house. Built mid C18 in a Gothic style, by the Rev. Ralph Drake Drockman. Front elevation and left return elevation roughly roursed galleted stone. Rear elevation broad bands of galleted stone and red and grey brick in Flemish bond. Plain tile roof. L-plan, with canted turret in re-entrant angle. 2 storeys and semi-basement on stone Plinth. Moulded string course and castellated parapet to front and left return elevations. Hipped roof, left hip returning. 2 brick ridge stacks to left wing. Brick gable end stack to right. Rectangular 3- window front of pointed-arched casement windows with hoodmoulds; two 2-light with Y tracery and single central light. Three similar 2-light casements on each floor to left return elevation. Central door of 4 fielded panels with three Y-traceried top lights, in moulded pointed- arched architrave with moulded hoodmould, up 4 slightly curved stone steps. Rear return wing to left. Canted rear turret becomes square and tile-hung above eaves, surmounted by castellated woodencupola with Gothic lights and leaded conical roof with ball finial. Interior not inspected. Formerly associated with Beachborough (now Beachborough Park).
