5/248 Cuckoo Wood Farmhouse II Farmhouse. Late C17 with C18 and C19 alterations. Timber-framed. Left third of front elevation clad, probably in C18, in handmade bricks in irregular Flemish-type bond. Right two-thirds clad in C19 red brick in Flemish bond. Left gable end tile-hung on first floor. Plain tile roof. 2 storeys on flint plinth. Hipped roof. Projecting red brick stack to left gable end and brick ridge stack to right of centre. Irregular fenestration of three C19 casements, ground floor windows with segmental heads. Boarded door at right end in small C20 red brick porch. Small rean lean-to to left, once a dairy. Interior: 3 bays. Unsquared tie-beams roughly jowled posts, tension braces.
