1. VIVARY PARK 5365 Bandstand in Vivary Park ST 2224 SE 11/416 II GV 2. An attractive late C19 bandstand set in the south part of Vivary Park. Octagonal, painted white. Rusticated stone base with 8 cast iron columns and crocket capitals supporting an octagonal boarded canopy covered by a pyramidal lead roof rising in 2 stages to a pinnacle with gilt ball. The main and subsidiary canopies have wrought-iron scrolled cresting and corner pinnacles. Pierced grilles to upper canopy. Pierced scrolled brackets under main canopy, delicate leaf motif to columns, and openwork balustrade with curved tops to platform.

The listed buildings in Vivary Park and Mount Street form a group together with the School, Unitarian Chapel, the Lawn and Mary Street House in Mary Street. Wilton House in Hammets Walk, and Nos 1 to 14 (consec) Upper High Street.
