Farmhouse, now divided into farmhouse with a flat. Early C19 with a late C19 addition. Render, slate roof, brick and ashlar stacks, coped verge and a coping at roof division. Two storeys, 2:4 bays, sash windows with glazing bars in emphasised colourwashed surrounds. Two door openings; to right C20 6-panelled door, colourwashed surround, stone slab hood on brackets; to left a hipped-roof porch, C19 half-glazed door.
