Farmhouse. C16; C17 and C19 alterations, Rendered, tile and slate roof, coped verges, 3 rendered stacks. Three unit and cross-passage plan, Single storey and attic, 4 bays, 2-light casements with glazing bars, upper windows in dormer gables. Door opening to third bay from left, ribbed and glazed door in a chamfered stone surround; C19 ashlar gabled porch. Two storey cheese room at right angles to rear connected to the house by an arched opening. Interior with chamfered and stopped ceiling beams; blocked fireplace to left ground floor room. Roof with 2 pairs of jointed crucks; cranked collars, some windbracing. (VA6 report, unpublished SRO, June 1983).
